The Paris tragedy

The change of DP's in support
Most of them not even aware of the meaning
And those that are, suffer unimaginably in the name of religion
The world suffers
But no one even nods
A Certain country does
And the whole world mourns
Are we become so selfish
To mourn according to religion
Because we feel some deserve it
And many don't?
Is this what our generation is about?
What do we teach our kids?
The importance to change DP's by the color of flags or to teach them that a good human or a bad one doesn't require a religion?
Don't judge, don't shame, don't burn people in religion's name
The world is ending anyway
So what more are we keeping an account of?

we have just been waiting and waiting most of my life
waiting to grow up
waiting to start school
waiting for terms to end
waiting for friends
waiting at restaurants
waiting in line
waiting for good things
waiting to finish school
waiting to have a boyfriend
waiting to get a job
waiting to be healed
waiting to get married
and now that I am married
I have been waiting for my husband to get home each night
and am still waiting

Maybe I should've

Sometimes it's really important to shut your mouth even where it's necessary or not.. Cause it does save a lot trauma said and heard, lots of grudges and ill feelings and thoughts. It just creates and unnecessary vicious cycle of I should've or could've. And you know what it's really really not important. We are all out there to justify ourselves and prove our worth. Sometimes silence does that too. Try your best but If you do get stuck in similar situations- just let go, yes- just let go. Of course it's not easy, i mean how could it be? Right? In a year's or less than that time you will be happy and at peace. Maybe and hopefully not regretting anything that should've or could've said.

Remain forever

Times change, people change, feelings change
It leaves only memories I wouldn't know when and u wouldn't know what is the right time and the right decision.
But I have known life goes on
Sometimes it's so painfully etched in your heart that all you can do is nothing- nothing no nothing at all- I can do
Is it over ?
Why do I find you everywhere?
Is it mutual or is it just a sham?
All that little fears about us about u- never existed.
I've loved you like a child a child of my own
I hope u write about me in the air with your fingers like u always did - but with love and beauty.
Maybe our pride and egos do find a way
We are already oceans apart, miles and miles away.
But you are still here.
Nanuji.

Pause

It's ok
It's still me
Pause- take a deep breath
As long as u can- inhale
As hard as u can- exhale
Every bit that's bothering, tormenting and nagging you
Open your eyes and see around
Hear the nature
Listen-
It's still there
Waiting to be experienced
Waiting to be acknowledged
And waiting for you to come and loose yourself in their presence.

Breaking free

Have you ever had to make a decesion alone because you never wanted to share it with anybody or needed their opinion or because you didn't want to hear what they said about your dream.
Not another excuse?

Has it been easy or something you always wanted to do?
That sense of freedom,
that taste of individuality,
that responsibility,
that fear,
that moment.

Scary isn't it!?

But yet so confident.

And you know it's yours for the taking.

That fleeting moment,
That skipped heartbeat
That nervous smile
That determined mind

Which makes the "YOU" unshakeable against them.

Keep dreaming xoxo
